Refund Policy
Last updated: August 8, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to paid Orion Chime subscriptions and forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. General Policy
Subscription charges are generally final and non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where applicable law requires a refund or we approve one in our discretion. Canceling prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund the current period.
2. Monitoring Does Not Guarantee a Purchase
Paid plans provide monitoring and notification features. They do not reserve inventory or guarantee that you will receive an alert, see it in time, or successfully buy a product. Product unavailability, a missed or delayed alert, or an unsuccessful retailer checkout does not by itself qualify a charge for a refund.
3. Billing Problems
Contact us promptly if you believe a charge is duplicated, technically incorrect, or unauthorized. Include the email on your Orion Chime account, the charge date and amount, and a description of the issue. Do not send full card numbers or sensitive authentication details.
4. Effect of an Approved Refund
If we approve a full refund, we may cancel the related subscription and end paid access. If we approve a partial refund, we will tell you whether and how it affects paid access. Bank and card processing times are controlled by Stripe and your financial institution.
5. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
6. Contact
