This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Orion Chime at orionchime.com (the "Service"), how we use it, and your rights. The Service is operated by INVENTORYCHECKER ("we", "us").
During the domain migration, older inventory checker domains may redirect to the relevant Orion Chime page. This Privacy Policy applies when you use the Service.

- Account information: email address and authentication credentials when you create an account.
- Alert preferences: the products, models, stores, and countries you choose to track.
- Communications: messages you send to us via email or contact forms.

- Usage data: pages viewed, searches performed, alerts triggered, approximate time of activity.
- Device & technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL.
- Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies, authentication tokens, and analytics identifiers (see Section 5).
Information from third parties
- Authentication providers: if you sign in with Google or another provider, we receive your email address and basic profile information from them.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To operate the Service and deliver alerts you have subscribed to.
- To respond to your support requests and communicate service updates.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents (including via reCAPTCHA).
- To analyze usage and improve the Service.
- To comply with legal obligations.

- Google services (Firebase authentication, Google Analytics / Tag Manager, reCAPTCHA, Google Cloud Platform infrastructure) — policies.google.com/privacy
- SendGrid (transactional email delivery) — twilio.com/legal/privacy
- Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
- In connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, sale of assets), in which case the receiving party will be bound by this Privacy Policy.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use the following categories of cookies and similar technologies:
- Strictly necessary: authentication, session management, security (reCAPTCHA).
- Analytics: Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager — to understand how the Service is used.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may impair the Service.
6. Data Retention
We retain account and alert preference data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.

The Service is operated using infrastructure in the United States and other regions. If you access the Service from outside these regions, your personal data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a country with different data protection laws than your own. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version.
