This Privacy Policy explains how INVENTORYCHECKER ("we", "us") handles information when you use Orion Chime at orionchime.com and related services (the "Service"). Older inventory-checker domains may redirect to Orion Chime; this Policy still applies.

- Support data: messages and other information you send when contacting us.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages viewed, searches, alerts, notifications, timestamps, and feature interactions.

2. How We Use Information
- provide accounts, inventory searches, alerts, notifications, subscriptions, and support;
- authenticate users, verify email or phone ownership, and maintain account security;
- process subscriptions, reconcile billing state, record consent, and handle cancellations, refunds, or disputes;
- identify related-account activity, enforce free-tier and account limits, and prevent abuse, duplicate-account evasion, fraud, scraping, and security incidents;
- measure performance and usage and improve the Service;
- send service, account, billing, and policy communications; and
- comply with law and enforce our agreements.
3. Legal Bases for EEA and UK Users
Where applicable, we rely on performance of a contract to provide requested features; legitimate interests to secure, operate, and improve the Service; consent where we ask for it; and legal obligations for tax, accounting, law-enforcement, or consumer-protection requirements.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share it with:
- Google services, including Firebase authentication, reCAPTCHA, analytics, and Google Cloud infrastructure;
- Stripe for Checkout, recurring payments, customer billing management, refunds, fraud prevention, and disputes;
- Twilio and SendGrid for phone verification, SMS, opt-out processing, and email delivery;
- security, monitoring, infrastructure, and professional providers that support Service operations;
- authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or legal rights; and
- a successor organization in a merger, financing, reorganization, or asset transfer, subject to appropriate protections.
5. Cookies and Analytics
We use necessary storage for authentication, security, language, and preferences, and may use analytics technologies to understand Service use. Browser controls can limit cookies, but blocking necessary storage may prevent sign-in or other features from working.
6. Retention
We retain account and alert data while needed to provide the Service and for a reasonable period afterward. Retention depends on the data type, legal obligations, dispute and fraud-prevention needs, security, backups, and whether records must demonstrate a transaction or consent. Billing, refund, dispute, and Terms-acceptance records may be retained after account closure when required for accounting, legal, audit, or fraud-prevention purposes. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed.
7. International Processing
Providers may process information in the United States, Canada, and other countries whose laws differ from yours. Where required, we use recognized safeguards such as contractual protections.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- withdraw consent where processing relies on consent;
- opt out of SMS by replying STOP and manage alert preferences in your account; and
- complain to a data-protection authority.
To make a request, email support@orionchime.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transport, access controls, authentication, monitoring, and provider security features. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age required by local law. If you believe a child provided personal information unlawfully, contact us so we can investigate.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. We will update the date above and provide additional notice of material changes where required by law.
