How stock alerts work

Store pickup availability reflects the latest checked availability across Apple Store locations. Set up email or SMS notifications to be alerted when our checks detect availability for your desired model. Restock alerts notify you of availability but do not reserve devices or guarantee purchase.

Restock Notifications & Apple Store Pickup

Search across Canadian Apple Store locations using 6-character postal codes. Orion Chime also tracks retail inventory in 23 additional international regions, including the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Japan, and Australia.

Canada Postal Codes & International Coverage

Track latest checked pickup availability for iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max across all finishes (Black, Silver, Glacier, Burgundy) and storage capacities (256GB, 512GB, 1TB, 2TB), as well as previous generation models. Check Duo pickup options and set stock alerts for your chosen configuration and store.

Supported iPhone Models & Launch Schedule

Search by 5-digit US ZIP code to locate inventory at nearby Apple Store retail locations. We track availability for SIM-Free Unlocked devices and major US carrier configurations including {carriers}.

United States ZIP Code & Carrier Search

Find Apple Store pickup options for iPhone 18 Pro, Pro Max, Duo and earlier models.

iPhone Inventory Checker

Choose a country, iPhone Duo and a valid location in the checker, then select {notify} for a configuration and store. Alert creation requires a registered account, verified email and accepted Terms. Scheduled checks can send a notification when matching pickup stock is found. Checks, delivery delays and your plan limits affect timing; alerts are not instant, do not reserve a device and do not guarantee purchase. Manage or cancel alerts in your account.

How iPhone Duo stock alerts work

The iPhone Duo catalog includes {white} and {night} in 256GB, 512GB, 1TB and 2TB. Choose the exact colour, capacity and store when creating an alert. Regional options and carrier choices may differ; the configurations returned by the checker apply to your selected market. Catalog coverage does not establish stock.

Supported iPhone Duo configurations

Check iPhone Duo availability for Apple Store pickup near you. Find your colour and storage configuration, or set a restock alert for a selected store.

Supported countries and regions

Open the checker to choose your country, iPhone Duo and location, check pickup options and set a stock alert. Order or confirm a purchase through Apple. For the broader Pro series launch overview, see the iPhone 18 guide.

Choose your next step

A preorder is an order placed with Apple for delivery or a pickup date offered at checkout. Orion Chime focuses on Apple Store pickup availability, rather than delivery estimates, carrier stock or preorder queues. Choose a store and configuration, then confirm any available pickup option with Apple before travelling.

Pickup availability is verified against Apple Store stock for your selected chip, memory, and storage configuration. Restock notifications alert you when matching units arrive at your chosen store, but do not place a reservation.

Mac Stock Verification & Alerts

Apple Stores stock selected retail configurations eligible for Apple Store pickup; availability varies by store and configuration. We track standard retail builds for Mac mini ({miniChips}) and Mac Studio ({studioChips}) across official Unified Memory and SSD tiers. Custom configure-to-order builds typically ship from Apple distribution facilities.
